Besides becoming a legal requirement for websites it is also important ethically to ensure website access and usability for all wesite users

priority 1:

Priority one achieved. The google java search function formerly used in this site did not validate for accessibility due to a missing form label. This problem by applying a technique recommended by webcredible.

priority 2:

Priority two achieved, the google search function also needed a placement text added using the value="" element within the form input details.

priority 3:

Priority 3 achieved

Pages validate with no warnings: but manual checks also need to be performed and warnings offered adhered to. Including appropriate alt tag text, colour contrast - I use vischeck and so on. I believe, to the best of my knowledge this site achieves validation in all 3 priorities
